VP of Product Management - REMOTE

We are looking for a Senior VP of Product Strategy - REMOTE to spearhead the overall performance and growth of a leading healthcare cost‑transparency platform. You will drive vision, execution, and strategic direction of the product to deliver extraordinary value to clients and members. Your leadership will be essential in collaborating with cross‑functional teams, leveraging insights to enhance product effectiveness, and achieving financial objectives.

Accountabilities

• Own the overall performance, growth, and financial health of the product platform.
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives for adoption and client value.
• Lead performance management by tracking key indicators such as utilization and member satisfaction.
• Utilize data and market insights to evolve the product continually.
• Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies to maximize adoption and revenue performance.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to articulate product value and differentiation.
• Collaborate with Technology to deliver roadmap initiatives successfully.
• Align cross‑functional teams around product priorities and performance expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive product leadership experience in healthcare technology or managed care environments.
• Proven track record in go‑to‑market strategy and execution.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving product performance and client engagement.
• Ability to balance member experience with commercial outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across various functions.
