Job Title: W2 Recruiter (IT & Engineering)

Location: Noida/Gurgaon (4 days Onsite Friday-WFH)

Compensation: As per Market Standard

Notice Period: 15 to 30 days

Job Summary:

We are looking for W2 Recruiters with a strong background in both IT and Engineering recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates on W2 roles across the US market.

Required Skills:

• Experience in US Staffing (W2 hiring)
• Strong knowledge of IT roles (Developers, QA, Cloud, etc.)
• Understanding of Engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with direct clients / MSP / VMS
• Good understanding of US tax terms
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
