Job Description:
Main Skills: End to end US payroll processing, Expertise in Payroll complianceAbility to manage a team, assign tasks, and ensure SLA adherence & quality controlExperience managing client stakeholders in a BPO/shared services environmentExcellent communication skills for coordinating with HR, Finance, and external vendors
Secondary Skills:Knowledge of multi state payroll complexitiesExperience with automation tools, macros, or process improvement initiatives, Certification: FPC/CPP (Fundamental/Certified Payroll Professional)
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a shared services or global business services (GBS) environment. • Familiarity with onboarding automation tools or platforms. • Understanding of US employment laws and compliance
