Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay: $18/hr
Location: Conover, NC
Job Type: Temp to Hire

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with local delivery driving using a 26 ft. box truck. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 26 ft. box truck to complete local deliveries safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials using a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and inventory
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and shipments
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and vehicle

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes
• Clean driving record required
• 3–5 years of warehouse and driving experience
• Experience operating a 26 ft. box truck
• Forklift experience required (certification a plus)
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds
