Pay: $19–$21 per hour

LOGISTEED-America is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team. This is a great opportunity for experienced operators who thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment and take pride in accuracy, teamwork, and safe material handling.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and ocean containers
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, label, store, and track inventory using WMS and scan guns
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy goals
• Inspect freight, identify damage, and report issues promptly
• Re-pack, palletize, band, strap, and prepare freight per customer requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Complete required paperwork and daily equipment safety checks

What You Bring

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience
• Forklift experience preferred (certification or ability to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety (OSHA)
• Ability to read, write, count, and follow SOPs
• Experience with WMS, scanners, and basic computer systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Ability to respond effectively to time sensitive work orders

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Eighty-five percent of work time may be spent in various warehouse or other locations where the environment is not climate controlled (hot and cold seasonally).
