What You'll Do as an Order Filler:

• Move products using pallet jacks
• Pick and place items from shelves, some up to 84" high
• Use voice-pick system to follow directions
• Work in various temperature areas (from -15F to room temp)
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area
• Communicate and coordinate with coworkers

What You Need to Bring to the Order Filler Role:

• High school diploma preferred
• Warehouse and equipment experience a plus
• Ability to read and follow written and spoken instructions in English
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and climb ladders
• Must be safety-minded, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Ability to lift and transport product manually (up to 100 pounds occasionally) with or without reasonable accommodations
