ISC's Team of Recruiters has partnered with a growing RIA in Southern California seeking a Wealth Advisor to manage client relationships, provide financial planning expertise, and support business growth. This is an on-site role in San Diego, CA. Relocation candidates will not be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for high-net-worth clients
• Lead client meetings and deliver tailored wealth strategies
• Partner with portfolio managers to align investments with client goals
• Mentor and guide Client Service Associates
• Manage account documentation, transactions, and custodial processes
• Support business development through networking and referrals

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in wealth management or financial advisory
• Series 7 & 66 licenses required
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
