Job Title: WordPress Developer (On Contract - 3 Months)

Location: Remote (Preferred Bangalore)

Experience Level: 5+ years

Expected Availability: 4 Hours/Day (Preferably post 6.00 PM IST)

Job Summary:

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience for a part-time contract role of 4 hours per day. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure while bringing creative, out-of-the-box thinking to the role. This position requires strong experience in converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites.
• Develop and customize WordPress themes and templates.
• Work with custom post types, taxonomies, ACF, and reusable components.
• Build or modify plugins when required.
• Ensure website performance, speed, security, and stability.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure accurate implementation of design files shared in Figma.
• Troubleshoot bugs, plugin conflicts, and technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of professional WordPress development experience.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, plugins, hooks, filters, and template hierarchy.
• Solid experience with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Ability to translate Figma designs into accurate, production-ready websites.
• Strong understanding of pixel-perfect UI implementation.
• Experience with custom themes, child themes, and theme customization.
• Knowledge of ACF, custom post types, and taxonomies.
• Familiarity with REST API and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of MySQL/database basics.
• Experience with Git/version control.
