Job Summary:As a Project Analyst, you will act as the technical bridge between strategic consulting teams and real-world industrial application. You'll collaborate with a team of management consultants, analyzing data and presenting findings to global clients to deliver impactful, lasting improvements.
Key Responsibilities:Perform research on background information and latest trends to support real-world industrial applicationsBuild complex data models and test hypotheses to support decision making, driving measurable growth in client performanceLiase closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including the consulting team, research institutes and government bodies, to brainstorm and execute projectsAnalyse data collected and research done through drafting presentations and reports to visualise trendsPresent gathered data and findings of your project to clients and work closely with them to implement recommendations
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, EEE, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or Manufacturing (or related). A master's degree would also be highly advantageous, but not compulsoryProven experience of 2-5 years in a coordinator/ operations/ projects role is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to applyDemonstrated good technical understanding of research skills, industry context, with a strong track record in driving relevant initiativesExcellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in collaborative team environments, creating inclusive spaces across all levels of an organisationsHighly driven and demonstrates exceptional self-ownership over projects, being able to deliver results independently as well as collaborativelyAbility to navigate ambiguous and ever-changing situations comfortably, with exceptional problem-solving abilities and quantitative skills and analysisEffective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Do note that this is a 1 year contract role. While there is the potential of moving into a full-time opportunity thereafter, this is not a guarantee and will be highly subject to various factors such as but not limited to individual performance.
