JOB DESCRIPTION - 3D VISUALISER Company: Adira Homes Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCREmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 2-5 Years About the RoleAdira Homes is looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualiser to create high-quality architectural visualisations for premium residential projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, textures, materials, and realistic rendering, with experience in luxury homes, villas, and modern residential architecture.The role involves close coordination with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to transform concepts into visually compelling presentations and walkthroughs. Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Visualisation Create high-quality 3D exterior and interior renders for luxury residential projects.

Develop realistic walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals. Produce conceptual and photorealistic visualisations based on architectural drawings and design briefs. Create façade studies, landscape views, and interior mood presentations.

Design Coordination Coordinate with architects and interior designers to understand project requirements. Interpret AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and sketches into detailed 3D models. Ensure accuracy in scale, proportions, materials, and lighting.

Rendering & Presentation Apply realistic textures, lighting, furniture, and landscaping elements. Enhance visual quality for client presentations, social media, brochures, and marketing campaigns. Deliver high-quality visuals within project timelines.

Creative Contribution Suggest design enhancements and visual improvements. Stay updated with modern architectural trends, rendering techniques, and visualization tools. Assist in creating immersive client experiences through design storytelling.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field. Experience Minimum 2-5 years of experience in architectural visualization. Experience in premium residential or luxury interior projects preferred.

Software SkillsStrong proficiency in: 3ds Max SketchUp V-Ray / Corona Renderer Lumion / D5 Render / Enscape Photoshop AutoCAD Revit (preferred) Required Skill Set Strong understanding of lighting, composition, textures, and materials Excellent visualization and detailing skills Good aesthetic sense for luxury residential design Ability to work under deadlines Creative problem-solving ability Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working on luxury villas, builder floors, or premium residences Strong portfolio with realistic renders and walkthroughs Knowledge of modern design trends and premium material palettes Understanding of architectural and interior detailing Key Deliverables Exterior renders Interior renders 3D walkthrough animations Concept visuals Marketing visuals for brochures and digital campaigns Presentation-ready architectural visualization packages What do We Offer?
