Job SummaryWe are looking for a 3D artist with strong fundamentals and a clear focus on photorealism. The candidate should be able to create detailed, realistic scenes using Blender, with a strong understanding of lighting, materials, and scale. They should be comfortable handling the full pipeline including scene setup, animation, and simulations.

Attention to detail and realism is the most important factor.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and set up 3D scenes in Blender from concept to final outputWork across modeling, lighting, texturing, and renderingProduce high-quality, photorealistic visuals with strong attention to detailHandle camera and object animationUtilize modifiers and procedural workflows for efficiencyWork with simulations and physics when requiredUse geometry nodes to build flexible and scalable systemsCollaborate with the team to enhance visual quality and outputs

Required Skills & QualificationsStrong fundamentals in 3D designProficiency in Blender (mandatory)Ability to create realistic environments and scene setupsStrong eye for detail and photorealismSolid understanding of lighting, materials, and renderingExperience with animation and camera workKnowledge of modifiers and procedural workflowsBasic understanding of simulations and physicsAbility to optimize scenes and manage file sizes efficientlyComfortable working across modelling, lighting, animation, and rendering
