Account Executive

Location: Thane (Mumbai)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 2–3 years (mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and reconciliations. This is a core operational role requiring ownership, accuracy, and the ability to handle business accounts with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (sales, expenses, vendor payments)
• Handle distributor payments and tracking
• Perform aggregator/platform payout reconciliations (critical responsibility)
• Conduct regular bank, vendor, and platform reconciliations
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience (non-negotiable)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Proven experience in account reconciliations
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of:
• GST filings
• TDS compliance
• Familiarity with e-commerce / quick commerce platforms
