Role: Account Executive (On‑site, Full‑Time) – Noida, India

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage the company’s day‑to‑day accounting operations. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Noida.

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or currently pursuing CA
• B.Com degree
• Strong Account Management and Customer Service capabilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Dedicated bookkeeping and accounting support
• Bank and credit card reconciliation
• Wage reconciliation
• Managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Payroll processing and TDS/PF/ESI payments
• Filing of TDS returns
• Filing of GST returns
• Filing Superannuation and PF
• Filing annual tax returns
• Preparing monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
• Financial ratios reporting
• Inventory management and reconciliation
• Quarterly and annual budgeting
• Tax planning

Additional Expectations

• Willingness to learn and work on Australian Bookkeeping & taxation and quarterly filing requirements.
• Salary range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum.
