About the Role: The Account Manager will own and manage a portfolio of mass market seller accounts there by significantly scaling them on the marketplace. This role requires a hands-on, data-driven professional who can build deep seller relationships, drive competitive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experience through strategic seller enablement. The AM will act as a trusted business advisor to sellers, helping them scale their business while achieving organizational goals.
Key job responsibilities 1. Competitive Pricing & Negotiations
Conduct pricing benchmarking against competitor platforms to identify gaps Negotiate with sellers to achieve competitive price points that drive conversions Track and improve competitively priced products across managed catalog Educate sellers on unit economics and sustainable pricing strategies 2. Selection Growth — New Product Launches
Identify high-demand product gaps and recommend new selection to sellers Drive live selection growth by onboarding new products month-over-month Ensure listed products remain active, buyable, and optimized for discoverability 3. Business Growth & Market Share Expansion
Own revenue growth targets for assigned seller accounts Build and execute strategic account plans to grow shipped units, GMS, and daily run rate Improve seller's traffic share, glance views, and conversion rates 4. Promotional Enablement
Enable sellers on Advertising, Deals, Coupons, and Buy X Get Y offers Track promotion adoption rate and measure incremental revenue impact Educate sellers on self-serve promotional tools and best practices 5. End-to-End Account Ownership
Serve as single point of contact for all seller needs Conduct regular business reviews with performance insights and recommendations Monitor seller health metrics and proactively resolve risks Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock seller growth BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of sales experience - Bachelor's degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
