You'll be the face of Clarity to our US-based clients - the one person they call when something needs to happen. We're a tax and accounting firm, and our clients expect precision, responsiveness, and someone they can trust. Your job is to keep them happy, make sure nothing falls through the cracks internally, and ensure they never feel the need to escalate.
If you're someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about getting things resolved, this role is for you.
NOTE: This is a six days a week, work from office (Hyderabad) role, working in US Shift timings (6:30pm to 3:30am)
Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for assigned US clients, own the relationship end to end
Coordinate client requirements with internal accounting and tax teams and ensure timely, accurate delivery
Handle issues and escalations before they become problems, proactively, not reactively
Drive renewals and retention; understand client health and act on early warning signs
Keep clients informed, aligned, and confident in Clarity at every stage
Maintain clean records of interactions, commitments, and follow-ups
Who fits
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, account management, client servicing, or similar
Exceptional English communication - written and spoken, is non-negotiable; you'll be speaking directly with US clients daily
Detail-oriented: you remember what you committed and you follow through
Calm under pressure, solutions-first mindset
No accounting background required - curiosity about how it works is a plus
CTC: As per industry standards and skill-set (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)
