Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV and security systems sector.
- Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess security needs.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
- Develop accurate and detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) for CCTV systems and related accessories.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
- Monitor project timelines and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record with established clients/accounts in the CCTV industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management or technical sales, preferably in the CCTV or security industry.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and BOMs for surveillance systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, and related infrastructure.
