Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, compliance, inventory accounting, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting processes, GST, payroll, and inventory management across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
- Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Perform vendor and bank reconciliations regularly.
- Track and manage inventory accounting for raw materials and finished goods across multiple warehouses/locations.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement and maintain accurate records.
- Raise invoices and ensure timely billing and collections follow-up.
- Process salary, reimbursements, PF, ESI, and other payroll-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams for financial documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow reports, and monthly financial summaries.
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation for compliance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in FMCG / manufacturing / e-commerce).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and payroll processes.
• Experience in inventory accounting and multi-location stock management.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with Amazon / Flipkart / modern trade accounting.
• Knowledge of warehouse and supply chain financial processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
