Responsibilities

• Managing & Updating financial records in QuickBooks (Bills, Invoices, Bank Entries)
• Close the books of account periodically (by the 20th of each month)
• Perform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matching
• Maintain and update inventory tracking using Google Sheets
• Complete account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
• Assist with other accounting/audit-related tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of accounting experience (e-commerce experience mandatory)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
