Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and send customer invoices
• Create journal entries and post transactions to the general ledger
• Perform reconciliations for accounts and corporate credit cards
• Support and manage the month‑end close process
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist during audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Prior experience with accounts payable
• Working knowledge of three‑way match
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
