Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for billing Student Tuition at Albany Medical College.
Monthly accounting for tuition, scholarship revenue, and expenses of student tuition.
Monthly account reconciliations of Student Tuition Receivables and Deferred Tuition Revenue.
Monthly billing for AMC medical services provided to third‑party medical practices.
Monthly billing for rent to non‑AMC medical practices.
Monthly billing for CAM and utility charges.

Salary Range: $59,066.00 – $88,599.00

Minimum Qualifications
Education: BS of Accounting, BS of Business Science with concentration in Accounting.
Licensure, Certification & Registration: Not required.
Experience: 1‑2 years preferred, not required.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
Familiarity with WorkDay, preferred, not required.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
Strong management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
Strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
