About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of investments and financial markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining company accounts while preparing monthly investment portfolio reports, tracking market performance, and providing comparative investment analysis.
Preference will be given to CA Inter/CA Dropout candidates or candidates with strong practical knowledge of equity, mutual funds, fixed income products, and investment analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
• Maintain bank reconciliations, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly investment portfolio reports.
• Track and compare portfolio performance against market benchmarks.
• Monitor equity, mutual fund, debt, and other investment holdings.
• Analyze market trends and prepare investment comparison reports.
• Maintain investment records, capital gains, dividends, and interest income.
• Coordinate with auditors, brokers, and financial institutions.
Required Skills
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
• Knowledge of Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
• Understanding of stock markets, mutual funds, bonds, and portfolio tracking.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualification
• B.Com / M.Com
• CA Inter / CA Dropout (Preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and investment reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in investment accounting or wealth management is an advantage.
• Ability to independently prepare monthly portfolio performance reports.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
