Role Overview
We’re looking for a versatile Accounts & Admin Executive who can manage statutory finance tasks and also support operational follow-ups, vendor coordination, and presentation creation. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments and is looking to grow with the company.
Location : Bangalore only
Key Responsibilities1. Accounts & Compliance
- Maintain daily accounts in Zoho Books (mandatory).
- Handle GST filings, TDS deductions and returns, and support monthly/yearly compliance.
- Generate invoices, track receivables/payables, and maintain cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with the external CA for audits and regulatory filings.
2. Vendor & Client Coordination
- Follow up with vendors for timely execution of campaigns and concert setups.
- Follow up with clients for payments and required documentation.
- Maintain a tracker of outstanding payments, advances, and key follow-up actions.
3. Operational & Presentation Support
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and client pitches.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and financial summaries for review.
- Support backend coordination and documentation for live concert projects.
