Accountant – Partner

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage company incorporation processes in Brazil involving foreign shareholders (individuals or legal entities).
• Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, tax and regulatory laws.
• Prepare and review articles of incorporation, minutes and other corporate documents.
• Act as the primary point of contact between foreign clients and Brazilian regulatory authorities.
• Perform accounting and tax analyses related to international corporate structures.
• Support the financial and tax management of established companies.
• Prepare and analyze trial balances and financial statements.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare ancillary tax filings and statutory reports.
• Assist with year-end closings and the preparation of accounting reports.
• Carry out financial control activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active registration at the Regional Accounting Council (CRC).
• Proven experience in company incorporation and regularization involving foreign participation.
• Advanced English (written and spoken fluency).
• Knowledge of Brazilian corporate and tax legislation, especially regarding international operations.
• Intercultural communication and negotiation skills.
