Job Description
As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial closing and reporting activities across a regional scope. Your day will involve executing month-end close tasks, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, support audit activities, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
This role requires strong attention to detail and a structured approach to maintaining financial integrity.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Execute monthly financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations and balance sheet accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting requirements.
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and corporate guidelines.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related issues and ensure reporting accuracy.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in general accounting, financial closing, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be part of a regional Financial Statements & Closing team, supporting financial reporting, compliance, and business continuity activities across multiple countries. The team is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting operational excellence through reliable financial processes.
