Job Description
Manages the setup of new address book records and implements changes on existing records to ensure an accurate and up-to-date address book. Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture. Other duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma.
Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related discipline preferred. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Fully bilingual in English and French required.
Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to act with the required discretion when handling confidential information. Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
