Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Location: Woodbridge, ON Company: Skycare Compounding Labs Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations. This role involves receiving, organizing, and distributing inventory, ensuring accurate stock management, and maintaining a clean and compliant workspace. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal use or shipment Maintain organized inventory storage and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) Perform regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation Label, barcode, and track products within inventory systems Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization Assist with loading/unloading deliveries Follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages promptly Support cross-functional teams as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Fork Lift License Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using computers and inventory systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Working Conditions Fast-paced warehouse environment. May require standing for extended periods and manual handling.
