Our client is seeking an Accounting Projects Consultant to partner with the CFO on system optimization, CRM initiatives, and high-level accounting support. Salary is $80-$100k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING PROJECTS CONSULTANT:

• The Accounting Projects Consultant will lead CFO-directed projects including system optimization and utility billing process improvements
• The Accounting Projects Consultant will evaluate systems, recommend enhancements, and implement streamlined workflows
• Provide hands-on GL, AP, and AR accounting support during staff absences or backlog periods
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong communication with leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong hands-on GL accounting experience with ability to work independently
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
• Nonprofit, HUD, or public funding exposure is a plus
