Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client’s finance team. This is a remote full-time position with occasional travel requirements. The ideal candidate will handle general accounts payable duties and provide backup support for accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities: Invoice entry, check processing, and mailing of checks
Maintain vendor and member profiles Assist with audits and 1099 preparation Generate requested reports
Provide backup support for accounts receivable Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Minimum two years of accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) Experience with QuickBooks and Sage 300 is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ethical conduct Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
