Accounting + Customer Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Salary: $3,100-$3,600 per month

Re-Bath of San Antonio is a fast‑paced bathroom remodeling company with steady lead flow, structured operations, and a growing team. We are hiring an Accounting + Customer Support Specialist to support both the financial side of the business and the day‑to‑day customer experience.
This is a high‑responsibility role for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, responsive, and confident balancing accounting tasks with customer communication. You will help keep billing, payments, and records accurate while also making sure customers receive timely updates, clear communication, and professional support throughout their experience with our team.
What You’ll Do
Accounting and Financial Support
- Record and categorize transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Manage accounts payable, including entering bills, tracking due dates, and preparing payment lists
- Post customer deposits and payments and maintain accurate records
- Monitor accounts receivable and help track outstanding balances
- Assist with payroll‑related documentation and administrative support as needed
- Support month‑end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting
- Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, or accounting issues early
- Help maintain organized digital records, receipts, invoices, and financial files
Customer Support and Administrative Coordination
- Serve as a professional point of contact for customer questions, updates, and follow‑up
- Help coordinate communication between customers, sales, production, and internal staff
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and messages
- Keep customer records updated and organized in company systems
- Assist with scheduling support, confirmations, and status updates
- Help ensure customers feel informed, supported, and taken care of throughout the project process
- Escalate issues appropriately and help maintain a smooth customer experience
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
- QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
- Excel and/or Google Sheets
- CRM or customer tracking systems
- Google Drive or Dropbox
- Email and team communication platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration experience
- Strong customer service or client support experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
- Professional, dependable, and responsive work style
- Comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment
- Experience in construction, remodeling, home services, or a fast‑moving service business is a plus
