Base pay range

$105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations for a multi-entity organization in the service industry. This role will manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping functions across multiple entities, while supervising staff accountants and ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience with QuickBooks Online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations for multiple entities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across entities.
• Supervise and mentor staff accountants, reviewing work for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and optimize accounting workflows and internal controls.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity operations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Service industry experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with payroll systems.
