Job overview Spectrum Search Group has partnered with a global client in the Ft. Worth area seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and treasury functions, meet with senior management, manage a team of junior staff, and ensure the accuracy of the company's GL and fund operations.

Ideal candidates will possess:

A Bachelor's Degree required; Master in Accountancy a plus

10+ years of accounting experience

CPA Certification preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft applications

Excellent interpersonal skills, including concise communication, responsiveness, and results orientation

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
