Accounting Manager

Job Overview

This role is across non-profit and real estate. The ideal candidate will have strong background managing accounting staff, overseeing the audit, and experience working in both non-profit and real estate industries.

Base Pay Range

$110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

• Own month-end-close process.
• Own the audit process.
• Supervise a staff of 4 accounting team members.
• Financial Statement preparation.
• Continuously support process improvement initiatives.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience managing accounting team members.
• Experience in both real estate and non-profit industries.
• Experience owning the audit function.
• Yardi experience is a nice to have.
