Key Responsibilities:

Vendor bill processing & vendor statement reconciliationBank & credit card reconciliationsPayroll processing & payroll reconciliationsCustomer invoicing & Accounts Receivable (AR) managementRevenue reconciliation & month-end closing activitiesPreparing accruals, prepayments, depreciation & adjustmentsMaintaining document libraries and client reporting trackersReviewing bookkeeping work and ensuring accuracySales tax calculation & filingFinancial statement preparation & reviewSupporting management with MIS and reporting trackersHandling client billing (including hourly engagements)Ensuring data confidentiality as per ISO 27001 standards
