JOB: Accounts AssistantSalary: £25,000 - £27,000LOCATION: RingwoodBenefits include company pension and parking.We are representing a legal practice in Ringwood who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.Are you a diligent and proactive Accounts Assistant with experience of working in a legal or professional services accounts team? This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a genuine interest in legal accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing incoming and outgoing payments, including client and office accountsBank reconciliations and daily cash flow managementPreparing and issuing invoices, credit notes, and receiptsAssisting with month-end and year-end financial reportingMaintaining accurate financial records in compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SARs)Supporting the Accounts Manager and fee earners with ad hoc financial tasksSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a legal or professional services accounts department preferredStrong numerical and administrative skillsProficiency in accounting software such as ALB: One Advanced Legal / Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules advantageousExcellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesDiscreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential informationReal Recruitment Solutions is committed to a policy of equal opportunities across all areas of our business and at all stages in the selection process.
