Key Responsibilities For The Accounts Payable Analyst

Support multi-entity accounts payable operations across multiple brands and business units

Manage and improve AP workflows utilizing Ramp and other accounting systems

Assist with AP process centralization and system cleanup projects

Work independently to resolve AP issues and support assigned entities

Partner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient invoice processing and payment operations

Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Analyst

4+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Experience supporting multi-entity AP environments

Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms

Healthcare industry experience is a plus
