Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a leading HVAC client in Bellevue, WA. The role involves managing vendor invoices, paying utilities, and conducting price checks across up to twenty-five locations in the Pacific Northwest region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing 75-100 invoices daily using the P21 ERP system, reporting to the AP Manager, and collaborating with a team of six other AP specialists. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, initially onsite, with potential for a hybrid schedule after six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor invoices and payments
• Handle utility payments and price checks
• Process 75+ invoices daily using P21 ERP system

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of AP experience
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Ability to handle high volume workloads

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor invoice processing, utility payments, and price verification

Additional Information

Pay range: $25.00/hr - $31.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Benefits include medical and vision insurance, and 401(k).
