Accounts Receivable Accountant

Midea Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to support our financial operations in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and accounting for customer receivables, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and monitoring of customer accounts receivable
• Issue and verify customer invoices and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections
• Perform regular account reconciliations with customers and resolve discrepancies and disputes
• Prepare accounts receivable analysis reports and provide financial insights
• Assist with monthly and annual closing processes related to accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian financial regulations and internal company policies
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualificatio

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related fiel
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial accounting, preferably in manufacturin
• Strong written and spoken English skills (English is a mandatory requirement
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Oracle, Tally) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word
• Prior knowledge of Brazilian tax and financial regulations is a plu
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skill
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressur
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
