Job Full Description Accounting Associate Opening Pay: $21 hourly Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Main duties would include: - Process A/R payments by entering data into accounting system according to company procedures including credit card and cash receipts - Organize and maintain bookkeeping daily, check banks accounts, update, balance all book registers to the bank, and reconcile cash disbursements. - Process and record transactions, such as billing, payroll, and invoices. - Business to business collections. - Assist HR with all necessary insurance and payroll payments.
