We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst / Credit & Collections Analyst to join our Finance team in Bogotá.
This role will support the end-to-end management of customer receivables, helping ensure healthy cash flow, credit risk control, timely collections, and strong alignment with Commercial and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze customer receivables, aging, collections, overdue balances, provisions, and payment behavior.
- Support credit risk analysis for local and international customers.
- Follow up on credit limits, payment terms, blocked accounts, and collection priorities.
- Prepare executive reports and portfolio indicators for Finance and business leaders.
- Support reconciliations, account reviews, and recovery actions.
- Work closely with Commercial, Treasury, Accounting, and Finance teams to balance business growth, cash flow, and risk control.
- Identify process improvement opportunities in credit, collections, reporting, and portfolio management.
- Support the evaluation of alternatives such as credit insurance, guarantees, letters of credit, factoring, or other risk mitigation tools.
Profile required:
- Professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in accounts receivable, credit and collections, portfolio management, financial risk, or similar roles.
- Experience in B2B companies, manufacturing, consumer goods, food, ingredients, or industrial businesses is highly valued.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP FI or a similar financial ERP is a plus.
- Power BI, SQL, or data analytics tools are desirable.
- Advanced English is highly valued, especially for interaction with international customers, markets, or financial partners.
