Typical Day Responsibilities

• Actively contact customers via phone and email
• Follow up on credit card transactions and related master data
• Create reports and provide data for periodic credit committee meetings between global, regional, and local teams
• Ensure all customer contact is documented, and requests from customers are actioned in a timely manner
• Ensure all open items raised by the global COE are closed in a timely manner and in good quality

• Very good English communication skills and proficiency in any European language
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment
