Job Description – Accounts and Taxation Executive

Position:- Accounts and Taxation Executive

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Location:- Nigadi, Pimpri Chinchwad

Salary:

Freshers:- ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Experienced Candidates:-Salary will be offered based on their current CTC and relevant experience.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting

M.Com preferred

1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 3–5 years of experience in statutory compliance, taxation, regulatory filings, payroll compliances. The candidate will be responsible for Accounts and taxation.

Key Responsibilities

Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

• Handling GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliation.
\n
• Preparation and review of GSTR-9 / GSTR-9C.
\n
• Managing TDS deductions and entries.
\n
• Daily routine accounting.
\n
• Assisting in finalization work.
\n
• Supporting Tax Audit data preparation and coordination with auditors.
\n

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge in accounts and taxation.
\n
• Good understanding of audit documentation and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally / ERP, and government portals.
\n
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
\n
• Good communication and follow-up abilities.
