ADAS Lead - Automotive Location: Pune / Bangalore Experience: 12+ Years Open Position: 1 Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn ADAS feature definition and system architecture across vehicle programsLead development and deployment of ADAS features such as AEB, ACC, LKA, LDW, BSD, Parking Assist, and Traffic Sign RecognitionAct as the OEM technical owner for ADAS ECUs, sensors, and software stacksDrive integration of camera, radar, and ultrasonic sensor systemsCollaborate with Tier 1 suppliers, validation partners, and internal vehicle teamsEnsure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), ASPICE, and OEM release processesOversee calibration, validation, and performance optimization at vehicle levelSupport SIL / MIL / HIL testing, track testing, and on-road validationDrive issue tracking, root cause analysis, and defect resolution during development and post-SOPContribute to ADAS technology roadmap, RFQs, and sourcing decisionsMentor and guide ADAS system engineers and feature owners

Required Skills12+ years of experience with strong focus on ADAS systemsDeep understanding of ADAS system architecture and vehicle E/E architectureExperience managing multi-supplier ADAS programsStrong knowledge of camera, radar, ultrasonic sensors, and ADAS feature behaviorSystem-level experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262)Expertise in ADAS validation, homologation, and regulatory complianceKnowledge of CAN, FlexRay, and Automotive EthernetStrong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Good to HaveExperience in Level 2 / Level 2+ ADAS programsExposure to Indian traffic validation and real-world driving scenariosKnowledge of NCAP requirements and safety ratings
