Admin Assistant (Band 3) Location: Ballymena Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Full-Time, Temporary About the Role On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant (Band 3). The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administrative functions of the department, providing a high-quality clerical and information service. This role involves data processing, maintaining records and systems, producing reports, responding to enquiries, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities Process information and undertake data entry in a timely manner Assist with the extraction, collation and presentation of information Ensure timely distribution of documentation and information to relevant staff Assist in the daily maintenance of departmental systems Produce routine and ad hoc reports using a range of software packages Assist with data quality assurance and follow up missing information or discrepancies Liaise with staff and stakeholders regarding information requests and queries Deal with incoming telephone calls and respond appropriately Provide advice and support to system users where required Provide general administrative support including filing, processing correspondence, arranging meetings and maintaining records Undertake other duties appropriate to the role as required Essential Criteria Applicants must possess either: 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent) OR GCSE English Language and Mathematics (Grades A-C) (or equivalent) and 1 year's clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment Apply Now If you wish to apply or would like more information, please email your CV in Microsoft Word format to Julie at Applicants should ensure their CV is accurate and up to date, including full employment history, licences, and qualifications.
