The American Embassy School, New Delhi, has a vacancy for the position of Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources department. Position Summary: The HR Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations by managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and coordination of HR activities, while delivering a high level of internal customer service across the organization.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills :- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Secretarial practice 2 years of experience in an administrative support/assistant role Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Extensive experience in Google Suite and MS Office Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset Preferred Qualifications and Experience: - Experience/diploma in HR Experience working with multinational clientele Compensation: The position offers a competitive starting salary of INR 829,538/- per annum.
