Plant Human Resources Manager

Industrial Relations (IR) & Labor ComplianceMaintain harmonious industrial relations by liaising with labor unions and handling disputes.Ensure compliance with labor laws, Factory Act, Industrial Disputes Act, and other statutory requirements.Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and negotiations with employees/unions.Represent the company in labor courts, conciliations, and arbitrations if required.

HR PoliciesImplement HR policies at the plant level in alignment with corporate guidelines.Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management for plant employees.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for HR operational excellence.

Employee Engagement & WelfareDevelop and implement employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.Drive welfare initiatives, including health, safety, and employee well-being programs.

Talent Acquisition & ManagementOversee manpower planning and hiring for plant operations.Work with the corporate HR team to implement talent development programs.Conduct training sessions on policies, compliance, and employee development.

Performance Management & TrainingImplement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for plant employees.Conduct performance appraisals and recommend promotions/increments.Facilitate training programs to enhance workforce productivity and skill development.

Compliance & AuditsEnsure adherence to labor laws, wage acts, and company policies.Manage HR audits and inspections from government authorities.Maintain all necessary records, reports, and documentation for compliance.

Key Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Hr Plant Operations, labor laws, compliance, and industrial relationsExcellent people management and communication skillsExperience in a manufacturing/plant setup

Qualifications:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic plant environment.
