Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Provide daily administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, and general office organization
● Assist with correspondence and communications
● Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and maintain organized digital and physical files
● Help manage incoming media and partnership inquiries, working closely with Chef Eric Ripert’s team
● Assist with special events and projects by coordinating logistics and maintaining timelines
● Manage donation requests and ensure timely responses
● Support the kitchen staging (extern) process by coordinating schedules and communications
● Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the office as needed
Qualifications
● French speaking is preferred but not required
● 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information
● Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support a collaborative team
● Previous experience in hospitality, luxury, or a professional office environment is a plus
