School in West area Singapore urgently seek experienced Admin Assistants
Roles & ResponsibilitiesWorking HourMondays, Tuesday, Thursdays & Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm,inclusive of 1hr lunch breakWednesday: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Key Job Roles 1. Managing General Office counterAttending to walk-in visitors and phone callsHandling enquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders2. Providing basic first aid for pupils with minor injuries (i.e., small cuts, bruises etc.)
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of:General OfficeReception areaStorerooms and workspacesSickbay
- Managing office supplies and stationery distribution
- Performing administrative duties such as:Filing, sorting, photocopying, and shredding documents
- Supporting logistics and operations, including:Packing and distributing materialsCoordinating deliveries and collections
- Tracking and replenishing first-aid supplies (General Office and Special Rooms)
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned
QualificationsCompleted at least secondary school education -GCE N level
SkillsGood interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable with working in a fast-paced environmentResourceful and able to prioritise work to meet deadlinesTakes initiative and is able to work under minimal supervisionGood team playerGood organisation skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelCandidates should preferably have at least 3 years of experience performing duties
