Ottawa Community Housing is seeking a passionate Administrative Coordinator for Community Support. This hybrid role supports departmental initiatives and enhances the tenant experience daily. You will be responsible for managing important administrative tasks that align with OCH’s mission.
With your four-plus years in office administration, you will ensure efficient operations and effective communication across various teams. Support our strategic goals by being a vital link in our community-driven organization. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive support to the Vice President and team • Streamline departmental processes and reporting tools • Maintain organized records following OCH standards • Assist with financial aspects like invoices and payments • Prepare documentation for meetings and initiatives Requirements: • Post-secondary qualification in a relevant field • Minimum of four years’ experience in office coordination • Strong knowledge of records management and administrative procedures • Excellent skills in organization and client-centered service • Bilingual in English and preferably French Contribute to meaningful tenant support through strong administrative coordination at Ottawa Community Housing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
