Role OverviewCounsel and convert qualified inbound leads into paid admissions.Conduct structured career discussions (not basic script reading).Handle objections related to fees, timing, competition, and online alternatives.Maintain disciplined follow-up pipelines and CRM hygiene.Own monthly revenue targets and conversion ratios.Provide structured feedback to marketing on lead quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile1-5 years of EdTech admissions / career counseling experience (mandatory).Proven experience selling high-ticket programs (INR 50,000+ ticket size).Strong objection handling and closing ability.Comfortable selling premium classroom-based programs.Revenue ownership mindset and target-driven approach.Stable job history with long-term orientation.

Not a Fit IfOnly tele-calling experience without structured counseling.Require heavy daily micromanagement.Frequent job switching every 6-8 months.Uncomfortable selling premium or high-ticket programs.
