• Position: Admission Counsellor
• Location: Newtown, Kolkata
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
• Performance Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives over and above the salary.
  

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding MBA / PGDM Programmes and Professional Certification Programmes.
• Handle enquiries generated through digital campaigns, education portals, websites, walk-ins, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Conduct telephonic, WhatsApp, email, online, and face-to-face counselling.
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
• Organise campus visits, webinars, seminars, education fairs, and admission events.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure systematic lead nurturing.
• Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an exceptional counselling experience.
  

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Student Recruitment, or Academic Counselling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Education CRM platforms such as Meritto, LeadSquared, or similar systems will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about higher education.
